Cracker Barrel Hash Brown Casserole

- 2 lbs. frozen hash browns
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 2 c. cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 c. corn flakes, crushed
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
Directions

eheat oven to 350.

Defrost hash browns.

Combine butter, soup, sour cream, onion, cheese, salt and pepper and mix with hash browns. Put mixture in a 3-qt. casserole dish.

Saute corn flakes in butter and sprinkle on top of casserole mixture.

Cover and bake at 350 for 40 min.
