Parmesan Pasta

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta, uncooked
  • 16 ounces frozen broccoli
  • 1 clove garlic, minced or 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 6 ounces sliced chicken breast
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Prepare pasta as directed and add broccoli during last 5 minutes of cooking time; Drain.

  2. Cook chicken in olive oil until nearly done, add garlic and cook until garlic is tender, but not brown.

  3. Add pasta and vegetables; sprinkle with cheese and toss to coat.

  4. Serve immediately.
