S’Mores Tiramisu

Ingredients
- 14 graham cracker sheets
- 1/2 c cold whipping cream
- 1 t Vanilla Extract
- 3 egg yolks
- 1/2 c granulated sugar
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 2 T orange liqueur
- 1 c brewed ectra strong coffee, room temp
- 2 (1.55 oz) milk chocolate bars, chopped
- 2 c mini marshmallows
- 1 t unsweet cocoa
- 6 fresh mint sprigs
Directions

Break graham sheets into 4 equal parts.

2 graham cracker pieces.

Beat whip cream and vanilla on high with electric mixer until soft peaks.

Cover and chill.

Boil small amount of water to boil at med heat.

Whisk egg yolks, and sugar in metal bowl.

Place metal bowl with egg mixture over boiling water in saucepan.

Put in small bowl, cover, chill for 15 minutes.

Beat cream cheese on med for 30 seconds.

Gradually add egg mix and orange liqueur.

Beat until smooth and fold in whip cream mix.

Put coffee in shallow dish. Dip 18 graham crackers in coffee and put in 8’ square baking dish to cover bottom.

Spread a third of cream cheese mix over crackers.

Repeat layers twice.

Sprinkle with chopped chocolate and top with marshmallows.

Broil 5 inches from heat for 30 sec – 1 min until golden.

Let cool, dust with cocoa and chill for 24 hours.

Break the reserved graham crackers into thirds.

Garnish with graham and mint.
