Ingredients
- 1 Pkg. brown and serve frozen sausage
- 1 can water chestnuts
- 1 can pineapple chunks
- 2 green peppers, cut in 1" squares
- Marinade:
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 2 tbl soy suace
- 2 tbl worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbl oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Directions

Cut sausages in thirds.

Reserve 1/2 c. pineapple juice. Combine with marinade ingredients. Marinate sausage and water chestnuts at least 6 hours.

Drain and alternate with pineapple and green peppers on skewers. Grill or broil 8 to 10 minutes.
