Ingredients
- Smoked salmon
- 5 Tbl chopped dill
- 2 Tbl small whole capers
- 2 Tbl minced onions
- 2 Tbl chopped pimento
- 1 Tbl minced parsley
- Salt
- Ground pepper
- toast points
Directions

Whisk oil and vinegar, then stir in remaining sauce ingredients. Chill for a day mixing occasionally. Bring to room temperature. Pour over salmon about 15 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley and serve with toast points.
