Lime ice cubes

Serves 42 people

Ingredients

  • 2 medium limes
  • 1 qt. cold water
  • 1/4 c fresh lime juice

Directions

  1. Cut each lime into 1/4" slices; cut each slice into four wedges.

  2. Stir together water and lime juice.

  3. Fill each compartment of three ice cube trays evenly with lime juice mixture.

  4. Place one lime wedge in each ice cube compartment.

  5. Freeze eight hours or until firm.
