Crescent roll apples

Cook time: 45 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 8-oz can refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 2 T butter, softened
  • 1 T sugar
  • 1 t cinnamon
  • 2 large Granny Smith apples, peeled and quartered
  • 1 6-oz. can frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed

Directions

  1. Unroll crescent roll dough, and separate into triangles.

  2. Spread the butter evenly over dough.

  3. Stir together sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle evenly over butter.

  4. Wrap each apple quarter in one crescent roll dough triangle, and place in a lightly greased 9 × 13″ baking dish.

  5. Pour apple juice concentrate evenly over rolls.

  6. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
