Meat Balls

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs ground beef
  • 1/4 cup worchestershire sauce
  • season salt to taste
  • Italian seasoning to taste
  • black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme
  • garlic powder to taste
  • 1 lb pork sausage
  • 2 bottles brown sugar BBQ sauce
  • 1 small can of beer
  • 1/4 cup worchestershire sauce

Directions

  1. Mix all together by hand and roll into balls (account for grease shrinkage). Cook and drain grease. Let cool.

  2. Mix together last 3 ingredients.

  3. Put all in a slow cooker.
