Ingredients
- 3 lbs ground beef
- 1/4 cup worchestershire sauce
- season salt to taste
- Italian seasoning to taste
- black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- garlic powder to taste
- 1 lb pork sausage
- 2 bottles brown sugar BBQ sauce
- 1 small can of beer
- 1/4 cup worchestershire sauce
Directions

Mix all together by hand and roll into balls (account for grease shrinkage). Cook and drain grease. Let cool.

Mix together last 3 ingredients.

Put all in a slow cooker.
