Fruit Pizza

Ingredients
- 2 cups (500ml) all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) brown sugar
- 1/4 cup (50 ml) Icing sugar
- 1 cup (250 ml) butter, softened
- 12 oz. (375 gm) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) granulated sugar
- 1 tsp (5 ml) vanilla
- fruit in season (blueberries, oranges, raspberries, kiwi, banana, grapes etc)
Directions

Crust: Mix all 4 first ingredients together in a bowl until it forms a ball.

Press on bottom of a pizza pan.

Bake at 350 degress F oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden. – cool

Topping: Beat cheese, sugar and vanilla together. Spread over crust a range of fruoit in pattern of your choice over top. – glaze fruit

Apricot glaze: mix 1/4 cup of apricot jam or orange marmilade with 1 tbsp water run through a sieve.
