Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 cup cold butter
- 3/4 cup milk
Directions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees

Mix dry ingredients

Cut butter in until pea sized

Mix in milk, quickly in a depression in the middle

Knead quickly, 8-10 folds

Sprinkle flour on table

Roll out lightly with a rolling pin

Use a wide glass to cut out round biscuits

Bake for 12-15 minutes

Let cool for five minutes
