Chocolate Pecan Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup light Karo corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp butter, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3 eggs
  • 2/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/5 cup pecan halves
  • 1 refrigerated pie crust, 9"

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F

  2. In large bowl, combine syrup, sugar, bbutter, vanilla, and eggs

  3. Beat well

  4. Place chocolate chips & pecans on bottom of pie crust

  5. Pour syrup mix over pecans

  6. Place pie in oven or cookie sheet

  7. Cook at 350F for 55-65 minutes or until golden brown and filling is set

  8. Cool completely, place in fridge
