Cheesy Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 packages (10 ounces each) chopped broccoli, thawed
- 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed cream of celery soup
- 1 1/4 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese, divided
- 1/4 cup minced onions
- 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- 1 cup crushed saltine crackers or potato chips
Directions

Lightly grease the crock-pot slow cooker stoneware.

Combine broccoli, soup, 1 cup cheese, onions, celery seed, paprika and pepper sauce in stoneware; mix thoroughly.

Cover; cook on LOW for 5 to 6 hours or on HIGH for 2 1/2 to 3 hours or until done.

Uncover; sprinkle top with crackers and remaining 1/2 cup cheese.

Cook, uncovered, on LOW 30 to 60 minutes or on HIGH for 15 to 30 minutes or until cheese melts.
