Deviled Chicken Thighs

Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 20 minutes
Serves 4 people

Ingredients
- 1/4 c. dry sherry
- 3 T soy sauce
- 1 lg. clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 t ground ginger
- 1/8 t cayenne
- 1/2 c .water
- 8 small chicken thighs
Directions

-Combine sherry, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, cayenne, and water in large skillet.

-Add chicken and turn to coat.

-Bring to boiling, lower heat, cover, simmer 10 minutes
-
-Remove cover, turn chicken, raise heat so liquid boils briskly.
-
-Turn chicken occasionaly and cook until chicken is golden, about 10 min. longer.
