Chile Relleno Casserole

Ingredients
- 4 7-oz cans whole green chile
- 1 pound shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 5 eggs
- 1.25 c. milk
- 0.25 c. flour
- 0.5 t. salt
- 0.5 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

cut green chiles into wide strips

layer chiles and jack cheese in 3 qt. casserole dish

Mix eggs, milk, flour, and salt

Pour in dish, to cover layers

Sprinkle cheddar on top

Bake in 350 degree oven for ~45 minutes(?)
