Ingredients
- 2 large cans hominy
- 1 to 2 lbs pork (optional)
- 0.5 T. salt
- black pepper to taste
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 t. cumin
- 0.5 t. oregano
- 1 onion (optional)
- chopped green chile
Directions

Drain hominy and put in stew pot

Cover hominy with water

Add other ingredients

Simmer 15 minutes

(Or until meat is cooked, if meat is included)
