Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- Dash of salt
- 1/2 cup applesauce
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon margarine
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions

Mix flour, egg, baking powder, soda, salt, applesauce, oil, and vanilla until smooth.

Mix brown sugar, margarine and cinnamon and sprinkle evenly on top.
