Lion House Swiss Chicken

Ingredients

  • 6 chicken breasts, thawed
  • 6 slices of cheese, swiss
  • 2 cans of cream of chicken soup
  • Stove top stuffing

Directions

  1. Flatten chicken breasts and cook for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

  2. Keep the oven hot.

  3. Put breasts in cake pan and place one slice of cheese on each breast.

  4. Dilute soup in 3 cans of water and pour over chicken.

  5. Shake dry seasoned stuffing over the top of the chicken to the desired amount.

  6. Spritz with water to moisten stuffing.

  7. Place back in oven till cheese is melted.
