Ingredients
- 1 pound hamburger, browned and drained
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 12 corn tortilla (or flour)
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 (6 ounce) canned tomato paste
- 4 cups water
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 4/5 cup chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- dash of Tabasco sauce
- dash of pepper
Directions

Mix tomato paste, water, garlic powder, salt, chili powder, cumin, Tabasco sauce, and pepper in saucepan, simmer.

With hamburger mix 1 1/2 cups cheese and 1 cup sauce.

Roll enchiladas and place in rectangle dish.

Pour sauce and cheese over the top and bake uncovered for 15-30 minutes at 350 degrees.
