Enchiladas

Serves 6 people

Ingredients

  • 1 pound hamburger, browned and drained
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 12 corn tortilla (or flour)
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 (6 ounce) canned tomato paste
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 4/5 cup chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • dash of Tabasco sauce
  • dash of pepper

Directions

  1. Mix tomato paste, water, garlic powder, salt, chili powder, cumin, Tabasco sauce, and pepper in saucepan, simmer.

  2. With hamburger mix 1 1/2 cups cheese and 1 cup sauce.

  3. Roll enchiladas and place in rectangle dish.

  4. Pour sauce and cheese over the top and bake uncovered for 15-30 minutes at 350 degrees.
