Ingredients

• 8 oz cottage cheese
• 5 eggs, slightly beaten
• 1 4-oz can green chilis, drained
• 2 cups Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
• 2 tbsp flour
• 2 tbsp butter, melted
• 1/2 tsp baking powder

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients.

2. Pour into a 9-inch pie plate that has been generously sprayed with cooking spray.

3. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.

4. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees and continue baking for 20 minutes or more until center is set.

5. Serve with sour cream and salsa.
