Garlicky green beans

Simple but very good!

Ingredients

  • green beans, 1 lb, frozen or fresh
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • garlic, 2 tsp minced
  • 3 Tbsp soy sauce

Directions

  1. Put the green beans in a pan with a little water and steam til bright green. Remove from heat and immediately rinse with cold water or immerse in cold water.

  2. Heat oil, then add garlic and cook briefly. Add balsamic vinegar and mix, then add beans.

  3. Stir fry until they are the texture you like.
