Cinnamon Raisin Scone Sticks

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups reduced fat Bisquick
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1/2 cup fat-free milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 450 degrees.

  2. Stir all ingredients until soft dough forms.

  3. Place dough on surface sprinkled with Bisquick; gently roll in Bisquick to coat.

  4. Shape into a ball; knead 5 times.

  5. Roll or pat dough into 10 × 6-inch rectangle.

  6. Cut crosswise into ten 1-inch strips.

  7. Place about 1 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet.

  8. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
