Ingredients
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 tsp. crushed garlic
- 2 1/2 lb. pork roast, fat trimmed
- 1 16 oz. can sauerkraut, drained
- 1 tsp. caraway seeds
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 cup water
- 2 apples
- 8 oz. egg noodles
Directions

Place all ingredients except water, apples, and noodles in bag and seal well.

Freeze.

Thaw and put into Crock-Pot.

Add water, cover, and turn on low for 6-8 hours.

Shred meat in the sauce and serve.

Grate the apples and put on top of cooked meat. Serve over noodles.
