Ingredients

  • 100 grams feta
  • 10 pitted black olives
  • 4 (รก 125 g) chicken fillets
  • 1 aubergine / eggplant
  • 2 big tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • pinch of salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Crumble feta and chop olives, mix.

  2. Cut pockets into chicken fillets and put in feta & olive mixture.

  3. Slice aubergine, tomatoes and peeled garlic cloves and put the slices into an oven dish. Put the chicken fillets on top. Sprinkle some salt and pepper.

  4. Bake at 200 C for about 35-40 minutes or until the chicken is done and the vegetables tender.
