Ingredients
- 15 oz cannellini beans
- 2-3 T lemon juice
- 2 T EVOO
- 1 small garlic clove, chopped
- 1 t fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- 1/4 t red pepper flakes
- salt and pepper
- store-bought veggie chips
Directions

Combine first 6 ingredients in food processor with 2 T water until smooth.

Season with salt and pepper.

Transfer to a bowl and garnish with extra pepper flakes and sprig of rosemary.

Make ahead of serving so flavors can marry. Serve with veggie chips.
