Ingredients
- 1 12" x 12" sheet puff pastry, thawed if frozen
- 1 6-inch wheel Brie cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

On a clean, dry work surace, lay out sheet of puff pastry.

Place Brie in center of pastry and bring edges of the pastry to the center of cheese, covering cheese completely.

Trim off any excess pastry and seal seams of pastry with beaten egg.

Place wrapped cheese, seam side down, on a lightly greased cookie sheet and brush entire pastry with egg.

Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until crust is golden brown.

Remove from oven and allow cheese to stand for 10 minutes before serving.
