Cookies ’n Cream Cheesecake Squares

Ingredients

  • 30 chocolate sandwich cookies
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 4 packages (8 ounces each) Philadelphia Original Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 4 eggs
  • 20 chocolate sandwich cookies, chopped, divided

Directions

  1. Place 30 cookies in food processor container; cover.

  2. Process 30 to 45 seconds or utnil finely ground.

  3. Add butter; mix well.

  4. Press onto bottom of 13 × 9 inch baking pan.

  5. Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer until well blended.

  6. Add eggs; mix until blended.

  7. Gently stir in 1 1/2 cup s of the chopped cookies.

  8. Pour into crust.

  9. Sprinkle with remaining chopped cookies.

  10. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until center is almost set.

  11. Cool.

  12. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.

  13. Cut into squares.

  14. Tip: Line pan with foil for easy removal of squares.
