Macaroni & Cheese Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. large elbow macaroni
  • Monterey Jack cheese, sliced thin
  • Mild Cheddar cheese, sliced thin
  • Colby cheese, sliced thin
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken soup
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 c. onion, very finely chopped
  • 12 oz. can evaporated milk

Directions

  1. Cook macaroni.

  2. Mix in Cream of Chicken and onion.

  3. Alternate layers of macaroni and sliced cheeses. Top with sliced butter.

  4. Pour evaporated milk over mixture.

  5. Bake at 325° until milk in no longer liquid-y (but not too dry).
