Crab & Swiss Sandwiches

Serves 6 people
Ingredients
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. fat free yogurt
- 1 t. lemon juice
- 1 t. chopped garlic
- 1/4 t. salt
- 1/4 t. pepper
- 1 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
- 3/4 lb. crab meat, shredded
- Sliced sourdough bread
- 1 T. olive oil
- 1 T. butter
Directions

Combine mayonnaise, yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper and stir to combine.

Add crab and stir, then add grated Swiss and stir to combine.

Make sandwiches on sourdough bread. Meanwhile, heat 1 T. olive oil and 1 T. butter in pan.

Fry sandwiches until bread in golden brown and crispy and Swiss cheese melts.
