Ingredients

  • Artisan Levaian or sourdough bread
  • Basil Aioli
  • Applewood somoked thick cut bacon
  • Arugula leaves
  • Fresh mozzarella

Directions

  1. Spread one side of each piece of bread with basil aioli

  2. Stack one piece with bacpon, tomato slices, and arugula leaves, and fresh mozzarella slices

  3. Sprinkle with sanlt and peper

  4. Top with second slice of aioli-laden bread
