Deviled Eggs

*1 ½ hard boiled egg per person
**1 slice crisply fried bacon per person

Ingredients
- 6 eggs, hardboiled and split in half *
- 2-3 slices bacon, crisply fried **
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon butter, melted (optional)
- salt & pepper, to taste
- paprika
Directions

Mash yolks and add crumbled bacon, mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, butter, salt & pepper and stir.

If too stiff, add a small amount of mayonnaise or vinegar.

Fill whites and sprinkle with paprika.
