Easy Cheesy Potatoes

Ingredients
- 1 small bag frozen Oreida hash browns
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions

Melt butter or margarine and pour over potatoes spread out in a 9 × 13 in. pan.

Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over potatoes, spreading evenly.

Bake at 350° for 45 min.

*You may add a corn flake crumb topping: Melt ½ stick of butter and add cornflake crumbs. Spread over top of all before baking.
