Lasagna—Quick & Easy

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 jar Prego spaghetti sauce
- 16 ounces cottage cheese
- 3 eggs
- Mozzarella, sliced
- Lasagna noodles
Directions

Brown ground beef and drain fat.

Saute onions.

Add beef and Prego.

Beat 3 eggs into the cottage cheese

Boil lasagna noodles according to package directions.

Slice mozzarella thinly.

In a 9 × 12 in. pan, layer sauce, noodles, cottage cheese mixture, and mozzarella three times.

Bake at 350° for 30-45 min.
