Meatloaf

You can substitute Cream of Mushroom soup for tomato soup.

Cook time: 60 minutes
Serves 4 people

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 beaten egg
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 can tomato soup, undiluted
- 1 Tablespoon Worchestershire sauce
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- Salt
- Pepper
- Celery salt
- Cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions

Combine all ingredients by hand.

Add a little milk if mixture seems dry.

Place in a casserole dish.

Top with remainder of soup and grated cheese.

ok for one hour at 350.
