Swiss Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4-6 chicken breasts
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
  • 1 c. white wine (or water)
  • 4-6 Swiss cheese slices
  • Bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c. melted butter

Directions

  1. Lay chicken flat and place Swiss cheese slices on top.

  2. Mix soup and wine.

  3. Pour over top of chicken and Swiss.

  4. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top and drizzle butter on top.

  5. Bake at 350° for at least an hour.
