Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients
- 5 or 6 large sweet potatoes
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. syrup
- 1-2 t. salt
- Marshmallows
Directions

Peel and boil sweet potatoes.

Drain as much water as possible.

Reserve a little water to thin as necessary.

Dot with butter and let melt.

Add brown sugar, syrup, and salt and mix with mixer until creamy smooth (should be a little thinner than mashed white potatoes).

Spread in a shallow baking dish (two inches deep or so).

ke for 20 min. at 350.

After 20 min. dot with marshmallows (approximately one per serving).

Bake for an additional 10 – 15 min., until marshmallows are slightly browned and melted.
