Taco Soup

Serves 8 people
Ingredients
- 2-16 oz. cans chopped tomatoes
- 2-8 oz. cans tomato sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 c. water
- 2 T. sugar
- 1 t. pepper
- 1 t. oregano
- 1 t. cumin
- 2 t. salt
- 4 oz. can chopped green chilies
- 1/2 c. salsa
- 2 c. cooked ground beef
- Tortilla chips
- Grated cheese
- Sour cream
Directions

Combine all ingredients in a large pot.

Bring to a boil, then simmer for 30 min.

Serve over tortilla chips and top with grated chees and sour cream.
