shepherd’s pie

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 12 oz beef gravy
- 10 oz frozen mixed veggies, thawed
- salt
- pepper
- 3 cups mashed potatoes, prepared
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions

cook ground beef, drain grease

stir in gravy and veggies, bring to boil

reduce heat and simmer 8 min

add salt and pepper to taste

spoon potatoes onto beef mixture, forming 8 mounds

top with cheese
-
continue to simmer until potatoes are hot and cheese is melted

serve immediately
