peanut hummus

Ingredients
- 15 oz can chickpeas
- 1 cup peanuts, salted and shelled, extra for garnish
- 3 tbsp peanut oil
- 3 tbsp chicken broth
- 3 tbsp lime juice
- pepper
- paprika
Directions

In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, 1 cup peanuts, oil, broth, lime juice, and pepper.

Pulse until chunky smooth.

Transfer to serving bowl and garnish with paprika and crushed peanuts.

Serve with flatbread.
