Strawberry Jello Salad

Serves 8 people

Ingredients

  • 6 ounce package strawberry jello
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 pound package frozen strawberries
  • 1 can crushed pineapple
  • 2 large ripe bananas, mashed and whipped
  • 8 ounces sour cream

Directions

  1. Dissolve Jello in water.

  2. Add strawberries with juice, undrained pineapple, and bananas.

  3. Pour half of mixture into a 9 × 13 in. pan.

  4. Chill until firm.

  5. Spread sour cream over all.

  6. Pour on remaining strawberry mixture.

  7. Chill until firm.
