Chocolate Chip Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. finely crushed Oreos (about 18)
  • 1/4 c. margarine or butter, melted
  • 3 8-oz. pkgs. cream cheese, softened
  • 14 oz. can Eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 t. vanilla extract
  • 1 c. mini chocolate chips
  • 1 t. flour

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 300°.

  2. Combine crumbs and butter.

  3. Pat mixture firmly in bottom of 9 in. springform pan.

  4. In a large mixing bowl, beat cheese until fluffy.

  5. Add sweetened condensed milk and beat until smooth.

  6. Add eggs and vanilla, mix well.

  7. In small bowl, toss together 1/2 c. chips with flour to coat and stir into cheese mixture.

  8. Pour into prepared pan.

  9. Sprinkle remaining chips over top.

  10. Bake for one hour or until cake springs back when lightly touched.

  11. Cool to room temperature.

  12. Chill and then remove pan sides.

  13. Refrigerate leftovers.
