Cream of Onion and Noodles

Serves 6 peopleIngredients
- 3 large onions, diced or sliced
- 3 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 1 8 ounce package cream cheese
- 4 (14 1/2 ounces) can clear chicken broth (about 3 1/2 cups)
- Noodles
Directions

Brown onions in butter in skillet until light golden brown.

Add cream cheese and 2 cans chicken broth.

Bring to a boil and turn down heat and let simmer.

In a pan:

Bring to a boil 3-4 cups of chicken broth.

Drop homemade noodles or any other in broth and cook till done.

Add to onion soup mix.

Stir and serve.
