Campbell’s Golden Mushroom Pork and Apples

Ingredients

  • 2 cans (11 3/4 ounces each) Campbell's Golden Mushroom Soup
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves, crushed
  • 4 large Granny Smith apples, sliced
  • 2 large onions, sliced
  • 8 boneless pork chops, 3/4 inch thick

Directions

  1. Mix the soup, water, brown sugar, Worcestershire, and thyme in the Crock-pot slow cooker.

  2. Add apples, onions and pork.

  3. Cover and cook on LOW 8 to 9 hours or on HIGH 4 to 5 hours or until done.
