Ingredients
- 1/4 c. frozen chopped onions
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 3 oz package of cream cheese (cubed)
- 3 1/4 c. southern style hashbrowns
- 1/3 c. shredded chedder cheese
Directions

Preheat 400 degrees. In a 1 quart pan coat with butter. Cook onion til tender, stir in soup & cream cheese, cook until it’s smooth and hot. In the dish put a layer of cheese mix, then a layer of potatos and continue to end with a layer of cheese mix. Cover with foil and cook for 45 min. Sprinkle with chedder cheese.
