Ingredients
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 16 ounce can pumpkin
- 1 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream, softened
Directions

Mix crumbs thorougly with sugar and melted butter. Press into bottom of 9×13 pan.

Combine pumpkin with sugar, salt, and spices. Bring to boil.

Cool mixture. Fold in softened ice cream. Refreeze.
