Frozen Pumpkin Parfait Squares

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 16 ounce can pumpkin
  • 1 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream, softened

Directions

  1. Mix crumbs thorougly with sugar and melted butter. Press into bottom of 9×13 pan.

  2. Combine pumpkin with sugar, salt, and spices. Bring to boil.

  3. Cool mixture. Fold in softened ice cream. Refreeze.
