Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp ground ginger
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 cup molasses
- 1 cup hot dark coffee
Directions

Pre-heat oven to 350°.

Grease and flour a 13” x 9” pan.

Combine oil and sugar and then beat in the egg and molasses.

Slowly add combined dry ingredients to wet mixture.

Slowly add hot coffee and mix well (the batter will be very runny).

Bake 30-35 minutes at 350°.

Serve warm with whipped cream.
