Nut Pate

Ingredients
- 1 cup almonds
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 3 stalks celery
- 2 scallions
- handful italian flat-leaf parsley
- 1 garlic clove
- 2-3 T. tahini
- 2 T lemon juice or apple cider vinegar (more to taste)
- 1 teaspoon salt (more to taste)
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne (optional)
Directions

Blend until smooth.

Blend less for a chunkier consistency, add water for creamy consistency.

Use as you would any dip or roll up in a collard green or nori sheet with veggies and sprouts.
