- 1 pound raw medium shrimp, shells on (36-40)
- 1/3 cup sliced almonds
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- Vegetable oil spray
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper
- 6 ounces dried vermicelli noodles
- 3/4 cup nonfat or light sour cream
- 2 tablespoons light stick margarine-divided
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 ounces fresh whole baby spinach
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped green onions (green & white)
