Improvised Bulgogi

The marinade might be a bit watery. Have to figure out what to do when adding all the moisture from the kiwi.

Serves 3 people

Ingredients
- 1 lb good beef, thinly sliced
- 1 T sugar
- 1 T rice vinegar
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 kiwi fruit, pureed
- 5 T soy sauce
- 1 T sugar
- 1 T rice wine
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 0.25 t ginger, grated
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 2 t sesame oil
- dash pepper
- 1 T water
Directions

Coat meat with 1 T sugar and rice vinegar

Combine everything else (except onion) and blend.

Pour over meat and onions and let marinade at least 1 hour

Cook mixture in skillet until meat is done and sauce is reduced

Serve over rice
