Ingredients
- 6 tomatoes, ripe
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp Red wine vinegar
- 3 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
- 15 leaves fresh basil
- 4-6 cloves garlic
- pinch of salt
- pinch of red pepper
- loaf of french bread
- 1/2 to 1 oz nice bud, finely chopped
Directions

Combine the olive oil and bud in a skillet.

Cook on med for about 10 min or until sizzling and the bud is nice and coated with the olive oil.

Set aside and let cool.

Chop the tomatoes into 1/4 × 1/4 inch cubes.

Chop the garlic and basil finely.

Add all ingredients (except the bread) and stir.

Let set for about thirty minutes.

Take the french bread loaf and cut into 1 inch thick slices and toast.

Put a nice spoon of the italian salsa on top of the bread.
