Hugs and Chips Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 2 ( 3 ounce) packages of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (14 ounce) can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk (Not evaporated milk)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon flour
  • 1 (16 ounce) ready made chocolate pie crust
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup whipping cream
  • Chocolate curls (optional)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. With mixer, beat cheese until fluffy; gradually beat in Eagle Brand until smooth.

  3. Add egg and vanilla; mix well.

  4. Toss chips with flour; stir into cheese mixture. Pour into crust.

  5. Bake 35 minutes or until center springs back when lightly touched.

  6. Cool and top with Glaze and curls.

  7. Serve chilled.

  8. Refrigerate leftovers.

  9. ocolate Glaze: Melt 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips with 1.4 cup whipping cream; cook and stir until thickened and smooth.

  10. Immediately spread over pie.
